Ingredients:
2oz Los Sundays Reposado
1oz Cointreau
0.75oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spices**
1 Tbsp Honey

Pumpkin Spice Rim:
2 Tablespoons coarse sea salt
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method:
Cocktail is shaken with ice and strained into your glassware. Rim your glass with cinnamon-sugar and garnish to enjoy!

Ingredients:
2oz Los Sundays Coconut Tequila
.75oz Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
2 shots espresso or cold brew coffee
.25oz agave

Method:
Cocktail is shaken with ice and strained into your glassware. Garnish with three fresh espresso beans to enjoy!

Garnish:
3 fresh espresso beans

2oz Los Sundays Blanco
2oz fresh blood orange juice
1oz fresh lime juice
1oz simple syrup

Method:
Cocktail is shaken with ice and double strained into your glassware. Rim your serving glass with tajin and garnish with a fresh blood orange wheel!

Garnish:
1 blood orange wheel

Ingredients:
2oz Los Sundays Coconut Tequila
1oz fresh lime juice
.75oz orgeat
.25oz pineapple syrup
1.5oz coconut mango simple syrup
3 dashes angostura bitters (on top)

Method:
Keep your bitters aside and combine all other ingredients into your shaker with ice. Shake and strain into your serving glass over fresh crushed ice. Garnish with bitters and a fresh mint sprig to enjoy

Coconut Mango Simple Syrup Recipe:
Blend together 1 fresh mango, fresh coconut meat and coconut milk. Add a small amount of water if mixture is too thick. Fine strain and mix equal parts sugar. Whisk together until sugar is well dissolved. Bottle & refrigerate.

1 fresh mint sprig and 3 dashes of angostura bitters

2oz Los Sundays Coconut Tequila
1oz fresh lime juice
1oz orgeat syrup
2oz sparkling soda water

Method:
Option to rim your glass with salt. Tequila, lime and orgeat are shaken and double strained into your glassware over fresh ice. Top with sparkling soda water and garnish with toasted coconut chips and a fresh lime wheel.

2oz fresh grapefruit juice
3 fresh jalapeño coins
.75oz fresh lime juice
.5oz pomegranate juice
.5oz simple syrup

Ingredients:
2oz Los Sundays Tequila
.75oz Cointreau or orange liqueur
.75oz fresh lime juice
.5oz strawberry-jalapeño syrup

Strawberry Jalapeño Syrup Recipe:
Add equal parts sugar and water to a pan over medium heat with 2-3 jalapeño slices and 3 fresh strawberries. Bring to a boil, once sugar dissolves, let simmer for 5 minutes. Strain and cool before using.

Method:
Rim your serving glass with Tajin. Add all ingredients to your shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into your serving glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a fresh lime wheel and 2 jalapeño coins to enjoy.

This is the ONLY espresso Martini recipe I need!!!

Los Sundays Coconut is the perfect swap for vodka in an espresso martini. It's so smooth and light, safe to say there's no stopping at "just one". The perfect pair exists. It's these two together. How do I give this more than 5 stars!?!
