The Agave

Only fully mature, 100% Blue Weber agave from both the high and lowlands of the denomination of origin areas. We never use juvenile or low sugar brix content plants.

Additives

Only our all-natural jalapeño extract and a proprietary naturally occurring yeast for fermentation.

Cooking

Slowly steam-roasted for 36 - 54 hours. No diffusers.

Extraction

Molino Crushed.

Fermentation

Slow fermentation with a proprietary naturally occurring yeast for 48 - 60 hours to maintain a full-bodied agave flavor.

Distillation

Only twice distilled slowly in 'pot-stills' to maintain the full flavor and integrity of our agave.

.5 oz. simple syrup

How To Make:

Ingredients:
1 oz Los Sundays Coconut Tequila
2 oz Aperol
3 oz dry Prosecco
1 oz club soda or unflavored sparkling water
Orange slice, for garnish
Ice

How To Make:
Chill glassware in fridge. Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake.
Pour over ice in chilled glass.
Top with Prosecco
